Daniel is a sports performance specialist at Volt Athletics and owner and Director of Training and Education of Maximum Sports Conditioning. He has been in and around sports training for 19 years – as a baseball athlete at the University of Washington from 1997 to 2000, and later as a coach. When a back injury ended his career in 2000, he was hired as an assistant baseball coach at UW, and an internship in the Husky weight room turned into a part-time strength coach position the following year. In 2002, he became a full-time coach in charge of Baseball, Softball, Swimming, and Volleyball. He has held numerous clinics and seminars for youth of all sports, performed instructional training seminars for personal trainers, organized and facilitated strength and conditioning coaches’ clinics, was a guest lecturer at the University of Washington Student Athlete Academic Services Center. In 2006-2007, he was Director of Training and Education at Endzone Athletics, where he established and operated programs for high school athletes. In addition to his training, Daniel is also active in the community. He serves on the boards for the Austin Foundation and Athletes Beyond Borders, mentors in the Bellevue Groundbreakers program, and in 2009 he received the Inspire the Future Award from the Seattle Mariners and Fidelity Investments for his work with inner-city baseball teams, players and coaches. In 2010-2011, he also created a fundraiser for the Austin Foundation called the Washington's Strongest School Competition.

Cheryl Cox is in her third season as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Cal in 2017. She came to Cal from Georgetown University and Pepperdine University prior to that.
Besides the football team Cox is the head strength coach for the beach volleyball and women’s gymnastics programs. She also works with the softball program. In addition to her strength and conditioning duties, Cox holds the position of sports science operations. She is responsible for managing Cal’s sports science department for intercollegiate athletics where she utilizes technologies such as Catapult and Polar Team 2 to improve all facets of student-athlete performance. She oversees all sport programs who utilize sports science technology with her primary sport being football. Cox graduated from Cal in 2008 with a degree in integrative biology and earned a master’s degree in exercise science, with a concentration in strength and conditioning, from George Washington University in 2013. She is certified by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association (SCCC) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS). She has been published in multiple journals including The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism (2012) and The Journal of Lipid Research (2011).

Ron Williams is a Bay Area Native who was raised in Berkeley and Oakland California, and has been on the Bay Area coaching scene for well over 28 years coaching both males and females. Coach Will, or CR, has developed many opportunities for players to play, including running the largest league for high school girls in the state of California boasting 44 teams from across the state. During his tenure at Laney College, Coach Williams and his staff has produced multiple conference championships (5), Multiple state tournament appearances (6), multiple All-State Players (7) including 3 First Team All-State Players.

Coach Nick has dedicated himself to preserving the fundamentals of basketball. By using NBA footage, he breaks down the games with freeze frames, arrows, and slow motion to explain the intricate details of what is happening on the court. By paying close attention off the ball, he opens up a whole new way to watch and analyze the game.
Coach Nick also led the boys basketball team at Birmingham High School in Van Nuys for 3 seasons, where he ran the triangle offense. Coach Nick developed his triangle offense teaching techniques from its creator Tex Winter, who spent countless hours discussing its intricacies with Coach Nick.
As a student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Coach Nick was a basketball manager under then Head Coach Stu Jackson, who began the Badgers’ resurgence to national prominence. Stan Van Gundy (former Orlando Magic Head Coach) and Sean Miller (University of Arizona Head Coach) were assistants to Coach Jackson and mentors to Coach Nick during his time in college.
Coach Nick is a basketball historian as well, amassing exclusive interviews with some of the great minds of the game, including Tex Winter, Pete Newell, Pete Carril, and Dean Smith. He is also a Triangle Offense guru who will soon be offering an instructional video on how to implement this system of offense.

Brett Brungardt is a former strength and conditioning coach. He has nearly thirty years’ experience; with organizations like the Dallas Mavericks, two professional teams in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) and the University of Washington’s Men’s and Women’s basketball. In 2009, Brett's passion for athletic performance development led him to Co-founded BAM with partner Martin Hasse. Now the BAM team provides first class combine services to athletes around the world.

With 25 years’ experience in Sports Science, Dr. Eisenmann, possesses a diverse skillset of exercise physiology, epidemiology, talent identification, testing & assessment, data science and strength & conditioning. Along with the academics and science part of sports, he works with the coaches and athletes “in the trenches” using a holistic, and integrated approach to athlete development. He completed his PhD at Michigan State University in 2000 and held faculty positions at University of Wyoming, York University, Iowa State University and Michigan State University. He was a research scientist at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, the Director of Spartan Performance at Michigan State University, and Director of High Performance & Education for USA Football. Dr. Eisenmann brings many years of experience to the field of Sports Science and education.

Dave is a sports personality and veteran journalist who started his own business to help executives and athletes cut through the clutter to effectively communicate their brand message.
For over 30 years Dave has played a pivotal role on air and in management with brands such as ESPN/Disney, and has traveled with and worked direct partnerships with the LA Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, University of Southern Cal, University of Kentucky. Besides calling and reporting from hundreds of sports events across the country, he called TV play by play for Bob Knight's final coaching seasons. Before starting his own consulting business, he recently led programming and coached talent in Los Angeles and Detroit.
Dave's teaching is based on decades of experience working up close with athletes such as Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitski, Keyshawn Johnson, as well coaches including Phil Jackson, Don Nelson, and Bill Parcells.
He has served on the board for the ALS Foundation in California, as well as worked with other non-profit organizations including Make-A-Wish. He and his wife reside in Raleigh, NC. and he continues to oversee national sports events for ESPN.

Former Assistant AD/Director of Strength and Conditioning at N.C. State University. Bob oversees all strength and conditioning for the Men’s basketball team. He joined the Wolfpack after serving as Director of Strength and Conditioning at UC Santa Barbara from 2005-2008 and before that with the Oakland A’s from 1993-2001. He has been a member of the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team as strength and conditioning coach for the gold medal winning men’s beach volleyball team. From 1984-1993, Bob worked at UCLA with the men’s and women’s teams. He earned his B.A. in physical education from Chico State in 1982 and is a member of the Wildcat’s Athletic Hall of Fame after a successful baseball career. An accomplished lecturer and author, Bob also holds the advanced NSCA Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach distinction. He has also been elected to three halls of fame: Chico State Athletics, Chico State Baseball (inaugural inductee) and the Chico Professional Baseball "Legends of the Diamond."
Damon Davis is in his fifth season as the strength and conditioning coach responsible for the training of men's basketball and in his eighth year at Auburn, where he has worked with the men's and women's golf teams. Davis was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Iowa from 2004-08, working with baseball, track and field, cross country and softball while assisting all other sports. Prior to that, he was an intern with the Chicago Bulls from 2002-04. Damon received his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Western Illinois in 2003, and is working on his master's degree at Auburn. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, is certified by the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified and is certified as a Sports Performance Coach by United States of America Weightlifting.
Spurs Strength and Conditioning Coach (Retired)
Mike was hired as the Spurs strength and conditioning coach in the summer of 1994. He is the only strength and conditioning coach in the history of the franchise. For the next 17 years, Mike had the good fortune to be associated with one of the premier pro sports franchises in existence. This resulted in four NBA championship rings, the opportunity to work with Hall of Famer David Robinson; future Hall of Famer Tim Duncan; international stars Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker; as well as numerous NBA All Stars. In 2011, Mike had the great honor of being inducted into the U.S.A Strength and Conditioning Coaches Hall of Fame.
A graduate of Central State University in Oklahoma, Brungardt has more than three decades of experience in the strength and conditioning field. After wresting and playing baseball in college, he spent nine years as a high school wrestling coach at Grand Island Northwest High School in Nebraska before becoming a highly-respected fitness consultant in Aspen, where he also played rugby. Brungardt, along with his brothers, Kurt and Brett, has co-authored five books in the strength and fitness field. He still works with athletes from various sports on an individual basis, and will do consulting both in the United States and overseas.
